it is an AB class much better than z906 it's D class shit z625 is same than z906 D class crap The very best amplifier for a subwoofer is a class AB or Class H amplifier. Class D amplifiers are too slow and cannot keep up with repetitive bass. A class AB has a toroidal transformer and coke can capacitors so when the kick drum kicks the woofer responds instantly.

Go for Sony htiv 300 ,why I am saying that because Logitech doesn't have proper service centre in India , moreover z906 has heating issue problem because it's doesn't have exhaust fan , moreover sony htiv 300 you ll get proper service better movie viewing experience it support dd plus hdmi arc option and you set the level of each speaker as per your preferences..... moreover listen both the systems side side physically..

I think sony is all In all in comparison to logitech as bass is not too much distinguishable between and by hearing headphone I observed sonys bass is some boomy or yu can say a low frequency resonancy occurs at reaching high bass.also power matters in low frequency resonant as suppose 130w rms amplifier and 165 w rms as at unit bandwidth the q factor of logitech is 130 units and for sony it is 165 after calculating yu get sonys q factor is about 1.2 times greater than logitech.so that does not matter as its fully dependent upon driver compression and rarefaction mechanism or yu can say elastic nature of driver but I have sony dav dz 350 in my own house which is 1000w rms with 165 w (same)subwoofer(costs around 22k)and my elder brother have logitech z 906(that costs around 35.99k)but I have seen my bass quality remains greater than my elder brother as if he plays song at high treble with high bass its amazing experience in case of bass but soothingness or clarity lacks but playing in my sony it comes with great clarity and balanced sound with ground shaking bass.so I think sony is overall better in case of excursions and movie watching,and dialogues and actions.but in only bass logitech is good in its own way.

Sony cannot go low below 45 hz. The sub cutoffs when reached 46hz, which means Sony just delivers that fake boomy bass. Whereas Logitech digs deep down to 29hz. Best for decafs. Logitech systems are for brutal lows like spl car subwoofers. Such kind of lows are so premium that only few brands like Logitech,JBL,Polk can pronounce it. Take any Sony system. All their subs cutoffs when reached 46hz. And no Sony system can withstand or compete with the brutal lows of Logitech. All that it could do is throw heavy punchy bass and loud upperbass in huge quantity. If you play something low in such type of sony or any sony it makes you disappointed for sure. Experience low from a real sub that has the potential to pickup lows and deliver it with huge intensity. Compare the nature of lows that you experienced from it with your system and you'll throw your Sony away if you're demanding low frequency bass at home If you again think you can beat the z623 with your sony, then upload video of your sony delivering lows. I've already done it with 29hz. Just play 29hz on your sony, keep it as loud as you want to, film a video of things rattling in your home with such lowest frequency and upload it in you're channel. I sware, all that you'll get from your Sony will be prrrrrr. Advance rip for your sony😂

Play some Indian classical music or 2000s Bollywood songs. Then you shall know how outstanding is SONY’s sound. I am a sound engineer and I already experienced lots of brands like akg, jbl, Sonos, Bose, Logitech,Sennheiser, Sony, Marshall, Audio Technica, fio and lots more. And I think if anyone is audiophile then they never go with either jbl or Logitech. I think overall Sony, Sennheiser, Fio are better options for hi res audio or any audiophile. Logitech is good then other useless companies like boat, fire bolt. But the worst part of Logitech is low frequencies are too much boosted then highs are too artificially boosted for which the mid frequencies are like gone. Instruments are no more. I use kef lsx and sony sa z1 which cost almost 8 lakhs each. Yes Sony sounds that brilliant. These are actually using for hi res recordings or to play live performance of a singer.
