Hey Allan, thanks for dropping by. Yea man, got to say, I'm really enjoying it. I had the Bose QC30 and i think this Sony beats it any day. I only find the eartips not too comfortable for me. So i swap out the eartips for the Comply eartips. Works great

Hey there. I think they're still a really good pair. And 500aed is a good price. But I would suggest you go and try them out in Sony Center to see if it fits you well. Ear fatigue is a major issue with these. 😁 I used to live in Dubai too a couple of years ago. Deira area.

How do you raise and lower the volume? Because everyone is saying that you can control the volume with the new update

Hey Sander, thanks for your question. Yeap the latest 2.0.2 brings volume controls to your earbuds. You can map it either to the left or right. See my video 13.44 minute, you can see the app shows volume control. To volume up, just tap once and it'll gradually go up step by step. To volume down, just tap and hold and it will go down. Hope that helps.

My suggestion is instead of showing yourself while describing how to connect the device in 9:10, you can just show us the product with your phone while your voice is in the background. That way, we'll have our full attention to the product instead of seeing it just half of the screen. Overall, you did great job! In fact better than the earlier reviews I watched on this. If You customize the EQ, ANC settings and all the touch control settings using the app on one device (your phone), and you connect the buds to another device (your computer) which doesn't have the sony app, wound the EQ settings and everything you just customized using the app be changed or will they remain unchanged?
