I just bought this unit. Guys, if you’re on the fence, just go ahead and buy it. I was worried about screen quality but it looks very pleasing to the eye and responds almost as quick as my Iphone 13 pro max. The radio tuner seems to be of a good quality with little to no noise and good reception it seems. Furthermore it is super quick to load up and react to input. I recommend this unit, money well spent haha!

Don’t make this mistake, screen is washed out due to Matt texture and brightness is very poor under bright light…

I bought the Sony XAV 9000es and just had it installed but i dont have an extra cable for the hdmi i do have one for the usb c cable, btw whats the resolution of the screen when you are playing PS5 on the Sony?

prefer the menu style on the Kenwood however the Sony is a larger screen feature wise very similar i would play around with both as this is the best way of seeing what you may or may not like

I bought this radio and I am disappointed. The screen has a poor viewing angle and is unreadable on a sunny day. Do you also have such problems?

Can you not get a Matte screen protector?

@@Mr_Ashleyit has a Matt screen from factory, which is the main issue. It makes the screen appear washed out, also colors suffer. You need a clear screen for the colors to pop… it’s a 480p screen, the Matt screen makes it look like a 360p screen
