the phone is not that appealing in videos..but once you have it on hand, i could really say that it feels premium and outdo other smartphones..,believe me, i am a user of this phone..so elegant...

I like sony phones. I bought mine early December of 2017. It feels premium in the hand. I mostly use this phone to watch videos like netflix and gaming and I am really satisfied with how long the battery last for a day. I have to say that this is the first Sony phone that didnt disappoint me with the battery.

A nice well presented and informative review, but it's NOT an all metal unibody, as the back of these and the camera lens cover are plastic. But having said that they are a great phone and the battery life and IP67 weather proofing make it great as a gps for backpacking. Also it takes great pictures as well.

i used the sony xa1 plus i loved it but it exploded and i got scared so i gove my phone to sony with warranty almost 2 months later i got told to go back and they told me that my phone is not fixed yet i ask them why did i need to come then and the told me that i broke the phone and also they removed my waranty i got mad the wanted to me pay them more then 200 euros wich cost more then i paid for the phone please someone help do you also have this problem please comment me i used my sony for 1 month only 😒🤐😫😫

Sony Xperia XA1 Plus or Huawei P20 Lite? anyone?

Eros Eros These two are also my choice. Sony has definitely better battery life, has Corning Gorilla Glass and a dedicated SD card slot, while Huawei is cheaper, has larger screen and has more ROM. I would personally go with Sony. Battery and Gorilla glass are the deal breakers for me. In terms of benchmark, they're about the same but Sony is slightly faster with its Oreo update.
