It's my main top down camera too. I really like the Product Showcase mode when I need to show the camera something in my hands. It's my main BTS camera too. Such a low cost compared to my FX3 and FX6. I like it a lot!

Hi Matthew! This is my first time talking about this camera so thanks for hearing me out. I know it's a year old camera, but when it came out I think I was misled by it's lower price point, thinking it was just a basic ZV camera. But when I got it, I realized the menu is just as deep as any other alpha camera and every option I could possibly think of was there and more. It cost me less than half my a7RIII, and it contains way more video-centric features aligned with my FX3 than my a7R3 does. (Besides the bigger Sony batteries). Man, I would have taken a little bigger camera body for that bigger battery, but then I'd be in an a6600 size body. This camera is so much smaller and lighter than an a6.

Great video! I’ve seen so many vloggers/influencers with this camera since it came out. The kit is definitely a great buy. I’ll probably end up buying the 11 mm lens as I get more familiar with the camera.

I heard a story from a streamer who got third party batteries that fried her camera and voided the warranty... So I've been avoiding getting third party batteries.

Anybody else have the same experience as me with third-party batteries not fitting in the camera properly?

I have the smallrig np-fw50 set. Also two batteries and a charger. Fit well just as the original ones. No long term experience yet.
