George is right! I would have sued the hospital for damages and emotional trauma. It's the hospital's fault they were negligent and didnt have proper attention on their patients. Not to mention, seeing that incident would have been traumatizing given it happened to my property and I'm out of a ride to "work" and the thought of seeing that incident is keeping me up at night.

That Particular Episode Has Nothing to do with 1989.Yes the Series Debuted In '89,Actually part of the 1st episode was filmed in '89 but it came out In 1990. But this was filmed years later.
