What's incredible is being around when it first hit.. Was a time unlike now.. A time they'll never emulate.. Rave was Still fresh, unique and we all felt part of a movement that was snubbed by mainstream.. I remember the very first time rave was used in a TV advert.. Then it became used in TV identity jingles and then slowly commercial rave alike tracks began to be replaced on radio by hardcore... Then it was everywhere.. And prob at that time many of us true original ravers were starting family's and slowly came out of the scene only dipping toes in here and there and whilst we may have kept up listening and doing, er some part of the scene at home (aha haha) we stopped going to raves.. For me I was out around 96/ 97 completely. I still have a box of rare flyers from 89-94 up in loft.. Some I should document for youtube.
