Good question ii do not know if there are any rules about fan meetings. I must admit I quite enjoyed watching JiWon and Soohyun fan meeting separately , from the comfort of my home. Who could be jealous??? Iam a huge fan of JiWon and excited to see her next kdrama. Take care😊😊
