Okay attempt at Birria tacos, serving them with fries is an odd choice, also that bread for the cubano isn’t the right one. French bread 🥖 is too hard. Cubano bread is a lot softer.

That was their twist on the food. It isn’t going to be correct or right bc they have different taste palates than where the food is from. Also compare it to American Mexican and American Chinese.. what America has isn’t accurate at all
