Some of the goals seen here are from World Cups 1998 and 2002, he scored 8 goals in total in World Cup matches. Many (including myself) consider Rivaldo to have been the best player of the 2002 World Cup, even above Ronaldo. Rivaldo was phenomenal on that tournament.

Back in brazilian 90`s league, Palmeiras had a real brazilian national squad. A club that could beat anyone in the world. At that time, we had the most powerful league in the world. Players like Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos, Zinho, Evair, Cafu, Edmundo, Edilson and the Legendary Goalkeeper Marcos were all important for the Seleção in 94, 98 and 2002 World Cups... They all played in Palmeiras. They are all fucking legends!!
