They're doing that quite a bit. I got fooled twice and even made the mistake of giving them my email address, which was stupid of me. Another going on is they say to text message a number while implying that there's something good in it for you. The scoundrels don't consider that one day they'll be answering to The Almight.

I remember years ago when I got a para ordnance warthog, everyone made fun of it. Said how silly it was to have a short gripped double stack 1911.... Little do they know that about a decade and a half later all these companies would be trying to make guns exactly like the Warthog. Shane para went out of business, their designs were truly ahead of their time in a very literal sense

For the technology used it was ground breaking do they have issues sure but now in today's world these new companies are really on the game of technology and make firearms that are both better built but more importantly they run. BUL armory is a company that is doing some fantastic firearms. I wish Smith and Wesson and Ruger start to up their game with some double stack pistol in the very near future. And keep them affordable like what Springfield just did. Like the steel framed M&P they just came out with great idea just a few years behind some of the other companies that did it years ago. And we that know how important a 1911 is in any caliber your better off with one than without one. Same as a double stack your better off with it than not!!

Not exactly like the warthog I have a 2011 and a para frame 1911 high cap. The 2011 feels thinner and the para frame is a chonky girl. I love em both but carry the para frame since it's the cheaper of the two and I'll cry less if something where to happen to it

This gun is reminiscent of the Para Warthog. Though I'm not convinced of the value of the bobbed hammer, the beavertail looks good and the adjustable sights are a very nice touch. Polymer grip modules have been around for a while - even my Sphinx SDP Alpha has one - and they're great for maximizing ergonomics and comfort when handling. And lastly, that barrel... It just looks really cool! Thanks for another great review scotch00!

I have the SAS2 tac light 4.25 and highly recommend it. I doubt you can find better for the $1300 asking price. Same set up as the c2 as well with the aluminum frame and steel slide. Liked it so much I contacted Bul and got on the waiting list for flagship SAS tac 2 4.25 with the lightening cuts and optic cut. The only real downside to Bul is that they only import to the US every 90 days at best. That and the magazines are impossible to find.

I've been thinking about changing up my EDC pistol for the 1st time in about 3 years running. This is going to be my choice I think. I'm VERY partial to my CZ P01 compact. I've gone back to it so many times it's the GOAT for me. It's made for my hands I think. Once I got used to the DA trigger reach. After a custom hammer and trigger job, it's hard to find anything I like better. The Shadow 2 compact WAS going to be my choice, but I think I'm going this way. I used to carry a Colt MKIV series 80 officer's model. I loved it. Just not enough ammo capacity. Your review has made up my mind. I'm saving some $ in a piggy bank. Thanks SOOTCH00! Great review.

I was kind of on the fence thinking about it, but then I came across your video and I watch all your videos. You do a very good job, explaining the pistol and showing everything you get when you purchase the item. You’re one of the best on KZbin… your video completely sold me on this pistol and I’m ordering one today. Nice review sootch! I have both, this and the Ultra Light 1911 8+1 rd. single stack ($950.00), I shoot the Ultra Light better for some reason, but I like this SAS II UL a lot. One of the reasons this is about 500 to 700 less than a Staccato C2 is because most of the control parts are MIM parts, which some people don't like, but there is nothing wrong with MIM parts, mostly when they are of such high quality as the parts on this little gun; I detail stripped this pistol and the parts that appear to be machined from solid stock are the hammer, the sear, and the disconnector, which are the parts that matter if you are into hating MIM parts, but I am not sure if they are machined or MIM, but all the parts that are usually fitted into a 1911 appear to be fitted as well even though they are MIM parts. The Staccato is all made with machined parts made from solid stock, which are also fitted into the gun, and it is made in Texas so there you go, long live the republic :) On my unit the sights came loose on my third range session, after about 500 rounds (not a single malfunction with JHP, which is what I had available), a little blue lock-tite fixed the problem; the rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation BTW, and the pattern for the red dot is the Shield RMSc or the SigSauer Romeo Zero RDS, I think it can also accept the Holosun 507C x2. The grip module is a little slippery for my taste but I agree with almost everything you said. You should also review the Ultra Light single stack, I think you'd be impressed when you test fire it. God bless America indeed!

I was out the door with my Alpha Foxtrot S15 for $1330! It came with three 15rd mags and I don't want optics on all my pistols I think these pistols look goofy with a slide cut and optic that's just me, my Alpha Foxtrot also came with a nice bag, yea buy 3 Glocks or the Bul, or Alpha Foxtrot....to build a Glock up and make it how its any good with a trigger, barrel, sights, spring, and cut slide, its going to be close to $1400! Its all about having something different to shoot. Every pistol doesnt have to be an every day carry. I really am digging my Alpha Foxtrot, but is what's just as fun to shoot is the Walther PDP F Series I just bought 2 weeks ago. Something about it when you pull it out the feeling in the hand and how it really aims right in there

@@davehart7943 My reply was pertaining to the fact that it’s a 1911, (and a nice one at that.), but that it’s a 9mm, with a mag capacity of 16+1. So instead of going with this gun, my decision would be to just stick with my Glock 19, which is 15+1.

Have you ever wondered why god could only have one son? Isn’t he omnipotent? Also why did he let his son get killed? Also how do you pray to a guy who got nailed up on a cross? Lastly. If he’s coming back why did he wait over 2,000 years?

@@jamestan4425yeah, 👌 😂 genius. Even nonbelievers who do a little history research, agree that he is definitely not a myth. There is more documentation that Jesus lived, performed miracles, died, and arose from the grave, witnessed by over 500 individuals, than documentation of America participating in WWII.

Scooth, I love your videos! I have this exact gun and is my EDC! I have the staccato and a 1972 A1, and like shooting the newest version of the SAS II 3.25 Ultralight better than either, oddly enough! I appendix carry, and I still trying to figure out the advantages of the redesigned hammer and beaver tail. Lol. The bobbed hammer and extended beaver tail are still digging in to my gut in some scenarios, and I'm in fairly good shape. Recoil, speed of shooting, and staying on target, however, are so amazing! Plus just the overall comfort of all day carry. Size, weight, along with capacity. It's, got to be the best choice of a self defense gunfight, sans somebody who isn't trained to handle muscle memory of 1911 safety release needs.

The only problem with these is you can't get them at the advertised price. The only way to get them is to pay Staccato-level prices on GB. So they are not really a less expensive alternative to the Staccato.
