You’re genuinely my favourite podcaster. I like a lot of great pods and they all offer great information or laughs etc but listening to you (Sophia) makes my day genuinely better. You’re a great person and have a sweet and caring nature to you that I don’t really see in many people anymore and it’s a breath of fresh air. Love the Pod, your hair looks great and I hope Sistine is feeling better now 🙂

Hey Sophia, I just watched the latest episode of the Unwaxed podcast, and I have to say, I was genuinely moved by the story of how you took care of your sister Sistine. Your dedication and the practical approach to care-taking really resonated with me. Your mix of rational problem-solving and compassionate care is inspiring. It's also super relatable how you mentioned the fear of getting sick yourself when you're around someone who's ill. That’s a real struggle, and your honesty about psychoanalyzing yourself to avoid sickness made me smile. It shows a very human side that we often don't get to see. Your experiences and insights give the podcast a really personal touch that makes it stand out. Thanks for sharing such a personal story and showing that being there for someone isn't just about the grand gestures, but also the little things like hydration packets and hot bagels. Looking forward to hearing more from you both, and hope Sistine is feeling much better now! Take Care, Salman

Your Hair is... (David Alan Grier voice) AMAZING! You're transitioning from a Maria Bello to a Monica Bellucci kind of thing. That kind of treatment you are talking about is how New Yorkers generally treat each other. Not having that Light Tower I feel like is a sign to others to treat you more genuinely. I enjoyed this episode and maybe every now and then, y'all should do this. I Love it when you two are together. I miss Sistine but I'm glad you still dropped an episode. Thanks Fraser Crane! I hope Sistine feels much better and her symptoms remind me of when I got really ill from the Flu in 2018. I was living by myself in Vegas and I had to rethink living alone based on that experience. For Insta, you should clip the segment on Mr LA (aka Mr Plays Too Much) for a reel. You did good Sophia. That shows a lot of personal growth. I can dig it. I hope you, your family and the Unwaxed Behind the Sceners have an Awesome 2024. I wish you good health and wonderful memories!

Bravo, Sophia soufflé! You're whipping ass, rising to the challenge like a perfectly crafted soufflé, carrying the show on your capable shoulders. Kudos on the phenomenal job - the transformations you're orchestrating are nothing short of inspirational. For the record, though our paths haven't crossed, it's crystal clear you radiate an inner beauty that's as striking as it is genuine. Whether you're a blonde or a brunette, embracing the au naturel look or adorning makeup, it's all a tapestry of our individual essence. I'm confident that the changes you're contemplating are a window to deeper self-appreciation, paving the way to attracting someone who will complement you magnificently. Embracing solitude, particularly in the pulsating heart of NYC, is a powerful journey to self-discovery. As you've insightfully shared on your podcast, it's the rare quietus that decelerates life's frenetic pace. Remember, your allure is luminous! By the way, I'm a fellow New Yorker, residing by the serene waters of the Upper West Side. Wishing you all the best in your ventures and reminding you once more - you are absolutely stunning ❤

31 minutes ago this KZbin video was posted and I am feeling good about my notifications bell 🔔 letting me know a new episode is ready. Wow it's unusual not to see Sistine, gosh I hope Sistine feels better and more healthy soon. Well it's wonderful to learn her sister is fetching cold remedies and comfort items. It's sweet and natural for a sister to rally round and try to help the other sister. I'm ✍️ writing as I watch and Chris is talking about the snow and freezing weather in New York 🗽. The flu 😷 is enough to make people stay home. It's amazing the busy week, Golden Globes, Critics Choice awards show, Emmy awards show, football 🏈 play off games, and now a hair color change from blond to brunette !! 10 years of Blondie fashions and now maybe a few new wardrobe choices for use with the beautiful brunette hair style?? Winter time calls for tall boots because of the ice, slush, and rain ☔ puddles. I wonder what kinds of clothes or more exactly what colors and textures of cloth compliment and bring on the glory of root beer chocolate coco Color brunette hair?? Like on apple pie, I usually ask for a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and in the future I might ask for hot apple pie with scoops of delicious chocolate ice cream?? Yum sounds good for a change !!!

I hope you're fine. Super happy you brought the hair colour subject & that you aim more for your real colour. Last time like said, I went to visit both your instagram & for you I thought that you would be better being brunette, tought I wasn't very sure it's your original colour. I thought that I could'nt bring that subject here since we really don't know each other enough for that, so=silence. When looking for "the one", one should be "the one" herself at first no ? Yes when a woman is less "decorated", she has less reactions, it depends of what kind of reactions she wants, I've always thought that a more natural woman that has enough beauty, doesn't need much extras, she can be refined all the same still, but it will better select "the one" that won't be able to stop looking at her, that is the real thing. Natural beauty is more like a fascinating book compare to a nice flashing neons set up, the last is great but short, the first makes "the one" sink into it & wanting for more. Take care ! x :)

Whenever your around someone coughing and sneezing it’s always best to close your mouth and breathe through your nose. Apparently, when we breathe through our nose it filters out viruses naturally. Also, using natural saltwater saline spray from a pharmacy helps unclog a blocked nose when your unwell. Blowing gently one nostril at a time while placing a finger to block the other nostril. If you blow your nose too hard it gives you short term relief but causes more inflammation afterwards. Holding your nose while closing your mouth for as long as possible helps to unblock sinuses naturally without having to rely on artificial congestion relief nasal sprays. Whenever I’m congested I use saline spray in moderation, followed by holding my nose with my mouth closed until I need to breathe again, breathing through the nose with the mouth closed if you can. Repeat every 2 mins until sinuses unblock. Patrick Mckeown from the Buteyko clinic in Ireland has a KZbin video about how to breathe when you feel unwell with Covid or influenza. #patrickmckeown #buteyko #nitricoxide #nasalbreathing #jamesnestor. I hope Sistine gets better soon. Great podcast by the way Sofia. 👍

Sophia , I just finished watching the Podcast, wow , you did an incredible job going solo on the broadcast. First and foremost, it's not the same without Sistine being sick and I hope she has plenty of Chicken Soup to get better. I was going to give this incredible review and chat about some incredible points you brought up. First, I think you stand out with your incredible brown hair, I think you do stand out really great. Your still the same person no matter if you were Blonde, a Brunette, a Red Head, Purple Hair or Green Hair. But any hair color you went to, you will still be a head turner wherever you go. But I am going to chat more tomorrow, I worked a long day and bowled a really great game in my bowling league tonight, 107, 111, 95 = 313. Moving my season average back to a 99. I am a sport athlete in bowling and loving it. I love your Apple Pie reference. But to let other unwaxers reading my messege, nobody should laugh at another person's messege or say it was a good laugh. Anyways, don't say that nobody looks Sophia that now your hair is brown other than blonde that nobody looks. I want to compose something really great. Sophia, you can still control people as a Brunette.

My Sweet Sophia Rose 🌹 I was able to watch the episode again of this incredibly Hosted solo episode of the Unwaxed Podcast. Incredible job carrying the show without Sistine 😢 , just a little sad she is not feeling well, maybe if everyone sends get well messeges of " Love " she will get better faster. So Sophia, I loved how you touched on so many subjects, playing Nurse to your younger sister, you look fine, you don't look sick. Anyways, I wanted to chat about changing hair colors and how people would perceive people and individuals for being " Blonde " for a long period of time, I don't know where the term " Blondes Have More Fun " came from but that is not true. But you going Brunette ( brown hair ), Brunettes are fun people too. Red Heads are fun people, any person with any hair color are fun people or if you have no hair like Sir Patrick Stewart, you are a fun person if you are bald. So I think you are the same person after watching you for the last year as a blonde with the same personality, just more strikely beautiful as a Brunette. So I just wanted to ask about guys , dating, age, age is just a number. Sophia, did you hear about Dolph Lundgren who is 66yrs old? He married his new wife who is 27yrs old. Age is just a number. Sophia, I have a lot of Quality as a person to offer, I do have a Diamond 💎 💍 to offer. I am not into one night stands, seeing how I have never been in a relationship before I am considered a great catch. I am Genuine, Kind, Caring, Loving, Sweet, I hate getting into arguments as well. I am a Quality worthy gentleman, not so much Quanity, I am not rich and I am not a poor man. I will be up front, my dad's cousin, my father passed away in 2022 from Esophagus Cancer, just my mom and I, I have a brother who is married with 2 12yr old boys. I am a person who wants a family, a house, fenced in yard with dogs or other animals. So my dad's cousin, to let you know worked opposite your father in the famous tunnel movie called " Daylight " , I won't say his name yet, but he just passed away last year. I am grateful 🙏 to have been able to contact him during the lockdown during the Pandemic. So ask your father about him, this Cousin of my dad was from Boston, lived in New York and California. I also am good friends with people who knows your Uncle Frank and Parents. I have met your Uncle once and sat next to your cousin Robbie at his concert. Anyways, so Bostonian guys are sweet Quality worthy guys. I don't feel 55yrs old, age is just a number. I am about the same age as your dad was when he met your mom. Sophia Rose 🌹, would you consider doing me the distinct honor and maybe let's have coffee or a virtual coffee date. ☕️ I know I am in Massachusetts and your in New York. It's just 2 states. My dad married my mom who is from Montreal, Quebec As your dad says about Time ⏲️ and Currency, I know in my heart Time with a Quality guy like myself is not a waste of Currency. ❤ 💌

Outstanding episode! I always remembered the Ferris Bueller quote as 'taking time to stop and smell the roses', but I stand corrected! I really liked the metaphor with the four pieces of the pie (apple, blueberry, or all of the pie flavors 😄) and how there can be imbalances and 'missing pieces'. It's important to learn to love yourself before you can love others. Praying for a healthy recovery for Sistine, keep up with the Zinc & Vitamin C! Nurse Sophia to the rescue! 🦸♀ A little tough love is what we all need sometimes =) Very interesting talking points on the brunette transition. The social dynamics of being brunette as opposed to blonde were captivating and enlightening! It looks more dirty blonde to me, but there's present highlights as you stated. A very cool change of pace! Also, I totally agree that changes/adaptations to one's lifestyle are more easily accommodated with a physical manifestation of change. Anyways, I'll end my rant here :) Excellent work on this first Solo Episode! I'll stay tuned, can't wait to hear more!
