cinzia is right! the body NEEDS carbs to survive!! there is a reason why we crave them. especially as females. carbs produce the vital hormones and chemicals we need in order to function. the reason why people may loose weight when cutting carbs will be because a) they cut out the calories of carbs and so are in a deficit b) carbs hold onto water so you just lose water weight (most likely b - water weight)....so in summation CUT CARBS = CUT LIFE
