Thanks for helping me confirm I also have TMJ!! I never knew what was wrong with my jaw until you mentioned having the same problem. It got to a point where it hurt for me to even open my mouth to eat😭 tension in the jaw is no joke, and I personally believe it’s actually an emotional thing which causes it too💕
