I’ve been noticing I been going to bed earlier now and then getting up much earlier too and I never used to really be a morning person . I agree when I was in college I was able to complete all of my work assignments and make good grades on everything when I put all of my attention and focus on it. 😊 it is so hard to come back to something and remember where you left off. 😢 I do my best work by myself when I know I have to get a lot of work done.
