I hear you with the resetting you’re life back together. It’s def dedication to stick with it. I try to do that with my workout from home as well or going for walks around my block. Luckily it’s been warm out and I’m still able to walk around my block but just today was chilly so if I can’t walk I do my weights and arm and leg exercises too.
