Something that has changed winter for me is exploring hobbies! I pull out all the crafts I've set aside like my knitting and painting, or try something new! Creative outlets are so helpful! Especially if you finish a project and get to start a new one ❄️🎨🧶

Hi Sophie so glad you mentioned biotin causing breakouts, because a lot of people are taking biotin and retinol etc, without realizing how it can actually affect your skin in a bad way. Retinol/vitamin A for example, can actually make your skin very, very, sensitive, so much so that if you get a scratch, it can take ages to heal. ❤
