Erfrischender Sound. So viele Lieblinge in ihrem Repertoire. Für mich seit Jahren die beste Singer/ Songwriterin.

Tolle, oft überraschende Sounds und inspirierende, bereichernde Texte. Manchmal hört man einen Song 12x und beim 13. Mal erschließt er sich. Nie langweilig. Vielen Dank, liebe Sophie 💕

I’ve listened to this song a lot since Spotify recommended it a couple of months ago. Just today I understood the lyrics. "Just because I feel it, doesn’t mean that it’s not there." Wow!

A riposte I'm guessing to Radiohead's There There: "Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there" Actually I hear a certain Radiohead vibe here.

i can't avoid drawing a parallel between the "just because i feel it doesn't mean that it's not there" (at 2:01) and the "just cause you feel it doesn't mean it's there" in there, there from radiohead
@Aaron628318 Жыл бұрын
A deliberate reference I suspect. I hear a Radiohead vibe in this song...

I cried in the cab through security check Put your toothpaste and my shoes in a separate box Little do they know about the monkeys in my head I cried at the gate, bowed to the crown Feeling your hands as they pat me down There is nothing safe - safe about me now It's too soon It's too soon It's too soon to crack No one jumps with their hands behind their backs It's too soon It's too soon It's too soon to leave I don't want - I don't want to be free I cried in the plane, fasten to my seat Falling as we rise 37,000 feet Is anyone else lost in transition ? There's no emergency plan for this kind of pressure Just because I feel it doesn't mean that it's not there It's too soon It's too soon It's too soon to crack No one jumps with their hands behind their backs In a second from heaven to pit Nothing, nothing, nothing sticks 21st century sick Am I doomed, mum? I can't read the room but i can write one So don't forget, no don't forget To leave the lights on
