Luckily that night i managed to sleep at my normal time though... so this didn't mess up my sleep pattern ❤️

I worked midnight shift for 5.5years meaning I had to live during the night through the week, change over to live during the day on weekends, then back over to nights again for the week, etc. It's hard at first, but you get used to it fairly quickly
