I'd just double-check with your doctor about those vitamins! 5-HTP gets converted into serotonin, and while I'm sure it's a totally safe/negligible amount, it could still have an effect on your neurochemistry

You really shouldn't be taking any vitamins or supplements unless you need to. Everybody should get tested for vitamin and mineral deficiencies and you should only take what you're deficient in and not anything extra. Too much of a good thing as a bad thing and if you take too much of a specific vitamin it could get toxic. If you don't need a certain vitamin then there's no reason to take it and you're only wasting your money

Rose Quartz is also great for anxiety because it's a very calming Stone. I like to wear it a lot and it works really well when it touches your skin. So it's good to have jewelry made out of it like rings or pendants

You said the crystal names right! Sodalite is pronounced like soda (like the drink) light. Fluorite is pronounced like floor-ight. Even people who are really into crystals often pronounce those wrong so good job! 😂 I'm not surprised the fluorite didn't look the same as it did in the ad. With crystals it's impossible to make them look exactly the same unless they're artificial because naturally they don't all grow exactly alike. Fluorite also comes in many different colors, mainly greens, purples, and blues. :) I have quite a large crystal collection. ☺ The shelf is really pretty! Although I feel like it wouldn't be ideal as a crystal shelf since no light is actually hitting the crystals to display their beauty and you'd have to take everything off and take it down everytime you'd need to replace the batteries. 😬 I am curious though how long that light bulb will last. I can't imagine it'd be very cheap to replace considering the price it was. 🤔 ❤❤❤

I think it’s because, usually, when we drop our phones on accident, if it’s in a good case and you didn’t drop it from a crazy height, the phone itself is usually fine on the inside and out, so we don’t really think anything of it. We probably should think about that more often lol.

Hey just a warning, I very much doubt it's actual opal (the bohomoon ring) at best its a lab created opal doublet (a thin sheet of lab created opal chemically identical to the mined thing covered with a dome of resin, you can check for that by turning it to the side, if it's a doublet you should be able to see through the dome) Or its a resin lookalike with pieces of foil inside (usually very cheap) i can't tell from the pictures online, though it does kind of look like lab created opal. The reason why im saying it is that real opal is very fragile so in case it is (very much doubt it) you have to be exxxxtra careful with it, but with a labcreated or fake you don't, because it's mostly plastic

My family went to an opal mine in Slovakia for a trip and at the time they were renovating so there was a pile of rocks ouside that we could walk around on and look for opals. I fould a few pieces and though they weren't good for jewellery i still fell in love with opal. Now I have two rings and hope to give myself beads for Christmas. The first pair of jeans were cute and even though a little long I think they stillworked great with the chunky trainers. Not source about the black ones. I loved the t-shirt, I'd love a long sleeve t-shirt of it, but how disappointing that the sweatshirt wasn't as soft & cosy as it looked. One of my pet peeves is hoodies/jumpers that look so soft, and are maybe even soft on the outside, but have that rough lining to it. The rings are pretty, £20-30 doesn't seem too bad for good quality gold-plated stainless steel with crystals & an opal (i probably wouldn't o higher than that though). I had to go check the materials because if it had been actual gold then £20 would've been a steal, lol. I'e sen one that I like that ixm going to treat myself to I struggle with finding ones that suit me, I've not been wearing them since covid and I put on weight so idk if they'll still fit 😓. I'm a little on the fence about the lamp, it's pretty whenurned off, but it doesn't seem to give a lighting effect that you might expect. Hmm, maybe if it was only like £25, £40 is a bit steep for it in my opinion. I've seen those vitamin gumming and I've been tempted but that price though, idk I think I'll stick with my regular vitamins 90 days for like £6 lol, I will say, if I was going to do it I'd probably get some vit D in them as we Brits all tend to be deficient in that, this time of year. Can you choose dosage or is that set for each component already? The moon shelf was super cute and it looked well made, i might have to check them out. Crystals...I love them and have my own mini-hoard of them. Fluorite is actually clear in it's purest form (it's useful for lenses in microscopes etc), the colors come from impurities within it and so it's a very variable crystal in terms of its colours, I've never seen two that look alike (usually green and purples vying for the more prominent colour but there can also be golden-yellow, blues & browns), not just the differences in which is the more dominant colour but the colours can vary greatly in their shades so anything from a pale lilac to deepest purple, for example. Everyone tends to have a personal preference when it comes to colors of them, andsome people just go with what feels right when they're choosing one, that's why I usually prefer buying crystals in person it's also nice to get a feel for them to see if they align with your energy (not possible so much these days though, obviously). That sodalite was very pretty, I have a smallish one that I love, but it's not as shiny and pretty as yours. If you're looking to get into crystals more rose quartz can aid in healing (both spiritually/emotionally and physically), when I'm stressed I find it useful to have in a worry stone. The same with amethyst being useful as a worry stone for stress & anxiety, plus if you like purple then amethyst is for you (it's spiritually protective, healing & purifying, and it's really useful for helping de-stressing & relaxing to help sleep & aid with insomnia etc); I used to find it good to keep either a small flat one under my pillow or a bigger one near by my bed when having sleep problems. And, if you like blue & sparkly then I recommend blue goldstone, though it's not a grown crystal but a kind of man-made from melting quartz sand & copper together, it's very pretty and does have some helpful properties for aiding with inner serenity, self acceptance, a boost of positive energy in the morning, and aid with finding financial balance. Rose Quartz is my favourite crystal. Not only is it useful for helping project love onto others, it helps with self love and patience with yourself, especially with anxiety. You may want to get some clear quartz, its one of the best crystals to have in your collection, especially a beginner who wants to learn more. I got into crystals and spirituality when I was in a domestic abuse situation. I'm free now and i spent a lot of time in those first few months with those guys, they helped a lot. I've kind of neglected them recently, i need to get back there. I hope you can find healing and self care in yours too xx

The reason the last crystal didn’t look like the picture is because no crystal is the same they will all be different wether it’s a big difference or even a slight difference there will always be a difference that’s why why there was more purple in the one in the picture than the one you bought, also some very good and pretty finds in this video love the rings ❤️

Aries has a sun and moon sign, well every sign does 😂, and most people know the sun signs. Like I am a Leo and I am the poster child for the sun sign, but my daughter is also a Leo, born 1 day after my birthday, and she is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of me. She is shy, and quiet, doesn’t like attention, afraid of embarrassing herself. And us Leo’s are definitely not known for that. We are known for being loud and the life of the party. We have never met a stranger, and don’t really care about making fools of ourselves around people we’ll never see again. All the Aries I know are most definitely the moon sign of Aries, I would love to find some crazy Aries to hang out with with my crazy Leo self! 🤣🤣🤣

I love your crystals, for more crystals at a really good price, you should have a look on some of the TikTok shops in china. I have bought loads from there and they’re so good. You could even do a video on it 🥰. You’ve made me want a get a shelf for my crystals now too!
