I have always been most productive and focused at night. No matter how tired I am during the day, the closer it gets to midnight, the more energetic and clear-headed I feel. Also, there is something nice about having the world all to yourself after everyone else has finished with it and gone to sleep. It is very peaceful.

Totally agree. As I'm playing this video, it's close to midnight and I'm working 👩💻
9-10 PM is my time to be focused it’s the same in the morning too…weird

Hi Sophie, I never comment on any video normally but what you said about waking up one day and being able to tell yourself 'I won't allow myself to feel like this anymore' after months or years feeling bad and stuck really resonated with me. The same happened to me a few months ago, and I think it's so true that it's a radical decision that gets made. In my case it came after years of treating myself like crap because I was not fitting the 'standards' I had set for myself and things had not gone the way I had planned them to go despite my best efforts. One day I was able to see how cruel I was being to myself, and decided that I would trust myself unconditionally and believe in the strength inside of me to make good decisions and act based on it, without second guessing and distrusting every action I made, and seeing myself through the lens of a cruel (and non-existence) audience. I basically had to CHOOSE to go from telling myself I was bad and couldn't do things to telling myself I was intelligent, resourceful and strong enough to do them. I see it as setting a boundary with yourself, and you using the expression 'i won't allow myself' was so on point. Thanks for everything Sophie, you are so cool!

Have you ever had a sleep study? A lot of the descriptions of sleep match up with my personal experience with sleep apnea. I love the candor in your videos, it feels like the conversations at a sleep over.

You are a god send, there are many ASMR channels but you have a way of activating that feeling around the ears into the back of the neck that shimmy and tingle through my brain. Lovely delicate plosives that I can't get enough of. I got left with harsh high pitched tinitus after covid and ASMR has probably saved my sanity. Thank you.

This video is amazing! Thank you so much for the much needed relaxation! ❤ Also, rose quartz is amazing for promoting self love and deep inner healing ❤️ it’s one of my personal favorites and I love to place it over my heart chakra! ❤️

By a massive mile, Sophie Michelle is the no:1 asmr artist. Keep going Sophie and thank you for all you've done to help us, especially me. I wish i could explain in more detail what you have actually helped me heal from but as its so public, just take my world. You partly saved my life. Thank you. Please, if I can explain privately, I'd love to as then you will understand the enormity of how you saved my life.

For new(ish) ASMR content creators, I would like to recommend Starting ASMR. She has a very unique style and she is very down to earth and… just very real and unapologetically herself. lol She reminds me of you in that way. ❤ For my other favorites, I suppose I am the same as you, in that I really have my favorites that I enjoy and I tend to stick to those creators. Mine are many of the same that you’ve mentioned….. WhispersRed, Gentle Whispering, then Starling ASMR as I mentioned above, also the ASMR Psychologist and of course you Sophie Michelle. I suppose I stick to you and these other creators because you are all really great at what you do, very comforting, unique and also you all are down to earth without trying to be someone that you are not. And of course… you give all the tingles! ❤️

Sophie Michelle reminds me of a beautiful Wood Fairy....only angels have skin this good & those beautiful doe pale blue eyes akin to the colour of a vast ocean you want to jump into & get lost in....Those cheekbones could cut glass.
