Hi Sophie, I can totally relate to this. Regardless of the size you are, if you are not happy with your body, it will impact your mood and how you feel. CWP really helps to resent your mind and your body. Mindset is key, and doing something for yourself that you are happy with makes a massive difference. Well done on your weight loss! just discovered your channel - I'm literally starting CWP today, nervous and excited - I've struggled, like so many others with my health, weight, mentality and body-image. And I feel ready to make this change! You're an inspiration :)

Hi Sophie I did before 12 years ago and l have started again Cambridge diet it's my fourth day am doing well first week is hard drinking 4 litres of warm water have headache feeling dizzy nausea and weak will let you know how I did I will keep updating and thank you for sharing your tips keep smiling 😁🇬🇧

Hi Kate, I have been doing the CWP for 20 weeks now and I have had some hair loss. Not enough to be really worrying, but I have noticed that it has thinned out a bit. I am now taking Biotin, which is helping out. It is not an overnight cure, but it does help to balance out the help. It will really depend on how long you are on Step 1 and how much weight you've got to lose. I have been told that once you start eating again the hair will regrow. I have lost 5 St in the 20 weeks and it has been totally worth it, even with some of the hair loss. Hope this helps. Ana
