13:59 That item you threw at the Metal Primid is called a Trophy Stand. It can turn any enemy in the game into a collectible trophy to add to your collection. But in order for the effects to work, you have to lower the enemy's health to where they have low health, at least low enough so they can become a trophy. If you throw the Trophy Stand at an enemy when their health is too high and/or full, (except for Green/Red Paratroopas) it will just do damage. You can even turn the bosses (including Tabuu) into trophies, but you have to beat the game, go back into the completed file, and refight the bosses in their respective levels. (Midair Stadium, The Lake, The Ruined Zoo, The Research Facility II, The Ruined Hall, Battleship Halberd Bridge, The Subspace Bomb Factory II, and The Great Maze) And to be safe, make sure to equip a character with some stickers that make spawning Trophy Stands more common. (Like Master, Big Boss, and Mario Superstar Baseball Bowser Jr) Make sure to bring that character yoi equiped those stickers with you to the boss battles. (I can already see you doing that with either Zelda or Meta Knight)

The enemy at 0:56 is the Mizzo, an unused water enemy in the game. This is the only spot to see one. Even though it is mainly unused in the game, it does have a trophy like other enemies. The trophy is available spawning randomly or from the coin game.

I will agree that the giant laser scene gave me goosebumps the first time I saw that scene, too. While the gameplay was kind of shallow and tedious, I always just wanted to see what happened next in Subspace Emissary.
