Would love more meal prep idea videos! I love to cook dinner for us daily with enough to have for lunch the following day, and it gets exhausting trying to keep up sometimes. I've thought about making some freezer meals like you do for a while, but I'm not 100% sure about what freezes well and what doesn't. I could look into it myself, but I'd rather see some recipes that you like to make and can vouch for regarding flavor and texture when frozen. Thanks for another awesome video! I truly appreciate your hard work and content!

Hi Sophie! Thank you for the recipes, I will certainly try some of them. Another trick for spraying your muffin tins with cooking spray is to put them over your open dishwasher door. It will clean itself when you run it.

Love these ideas! I love to prep breakfast items in advance too! My tip for freezing pancakes is to put them (single layer) on a parchment lined baking sheet and pop that in the freezer to sort of "flash freeze" them. Once they're frozen, you can remove them from the baking sheet, pop them all in a freezer bag (because they're individually frozen, they won't stick together) and then you can take as many out as needed! We typically reheat them in the toaster/toaster oven!
