Hi Sophos is blocking my USB drives form opening. And I can't uninstall it because it is asking for a password. Which I don't remember putting such on the machine. Plz how do I stop sophos end point security from blocking my USB?. And how do I uninstall it with the password.?

Hello Ernest, Please confirm the following: 1. Is the endpoint installed on your system manage by Sophos Central, SEC (On-prem) or Sophos Home? 2. Is your endpoint manage by an Organization? If Yes? then you can reach out to them in order for them to share the tamper protection password and start uninstalling the device. If you are using Sophos home endpoint, then you can follow the instruction of this documentation on how to disable tamper protection support.home.sophos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023808592-Sophos-Home-Windows-How-to-disable-Tamper-protection-#:~:text=What%20is%20Tamper%20Protection%3F,in%20order%20to%20troubleshoot%20problems.
