Popo does not have a guaranteed followup if Sheik DIs out at the ledge. That's definitely her best course of action, other than mixing up DI to try to make the ICs player miss a regrab when she DIs up and in.

That's about 20% higher then I expected, how does move staling (dthrow) affect this if at all?, Also isnt the upair follow up guarantied if they do the optimal escape? (I assume the bair aint, but it would be cool to be 100% certain).

As a Sheik player, this is why I hate Ice Climbers... If you don't main Sheik, you have no good reason to whine about Ice Climbers. Sheik can kill with one grab, unconditionally threatening death. Ice Climbers can kill with one grab... *unless* Nana isn't _right_ next to Popo.
