Hate to be that guy, but that song was part of the huge chunk of music that Kenji Yamamoto (sound guy for the DBZ budokai games) plagiarized. This song in specific, is by a Finnish power metal band named Stratovarius, and came out in 2000. Graybat12 Watch SSBM Tutorials video on it. It's great. The most important part is learning the rhythm. Think of it as a repeated motion of X/Y to B. Once you get the rhythm down, THEN work on increasing your speed.

***** Naw, it's because shine will knock back the person who's shielding, so if they shield DI away, then they'll get out of it pretty quickly. The double shine's purpose is to add a wavedash and stay on top of their shield.

West changes his grip to multishine so he cant multishine during the game, only when the opponent dies. He usually goes for double shines with tiny pauses in between. At least thats what he uses to do. Maybe he changed the grip thing and multishines now.

in that case no one really multishines, there's no use other than doubleshine unless you shield pressure how westballz does. Correct me if i'm wrong

multishining is only useful for shield pressure but not only is it hard to do consistently it isnt necessary, double shining mid shield pressure is really good but thats different to westballz pressure. westballz pressure is shine, aerial shine then waveland down and isnt actually that good but because he mixes up the timings and sometimes crosses up ur shield with it which is why u dont see many people challenge it unless its with a solid shine out of shield
