My wife is an IEN who recently got her license. We have been applying everywhere in Ontario for the past 2 months and don’t even get an interview call. Can anyone help what wrong.

Hello Nurse Faab. Please I want to know the type of Nursing job someone can do as an IEN without NCLEX. I know that in Canada one cannot practice as a Registered Nurse without passing the NCLEX Exam. Thank you so much.

You can work as an LPN without NCLEX but you still need to pass the LPN exam too... Except you want to downgrade to PSW or aides
