​@salonirai5859 Hii dear... Enhanced Practice For Internationally Educated Nurses program is a combination of critical care nursing and gerontology. The content we learned is too much in-depth as compared to the knowledge we gained from backhome. In this program you will have to do approximately 360 hours unpaid placement in hospitals and 100 hours in long-term care during the time period of 16 months. The way they designed the course such as lab simulation, enriched assessment skills, and all kind of procedures and care are amazing. Passing grades for theoretical subjects are 65% and for practical subjects it's 70%. And trust me it is very hard to achieve that score but by studying hard you will be pro at the end of the semester. In the last semester, we have NCLEX and OSCE preparation so we can apply the whole content that we have learned during previous semester.

Hii Rudra, bas majama.. so licensed practical nursing is the same as registered practical nursing, just a different name. After finishing the course you can work as an RPN. At this time, you can get a visa by OINP in the healthcare field. May be at the time you finish your course, situation is different. But I am sure there will be something then as well. And it is also not that so easy to find the RN job without experience especially when you are international. Not in Canada or USA or other any other countries.. they will ask you for experience. The responsibility of RN is much higher that RPN, which is the main difference in the wage. Also, staff shortage is a very common problem so be ready to do 10 hrs or 12 hrs shift. No doubt the pay is good and the work is not physically that exhausting. But, mentally its a very draining work. Its a very good and kinda recession-proof industry. Not only nurses, but, PSW, physio, Social workers, This country needs a whole lot of these professionals.
