They really have been honestly, that Convexity EP was an absolute blast and that Marcix EP as well was something else. This is definitely the level of quality we needed

I think it's because Halcyon has been absent, I'm not too sure what has happened to the label, there has been nothing in the discord for about 6 months. Ooli seems to have recently re-emerged which is a promising sign of a return, but yeah without halcyon it looks like disciple might've gotten to snag some of those releases instead.

this EP is a sick demonstration of where Sora is at with his sound, and where he’s aiming to take it in the future. some of the riddim ideas on this EP are pretty standard quarter note fare executed really well, so it’ll be really interesting seeing how he innovates on his sound in the next year or 2 :)
