ill do you one better... at 3:39 the cats left arm is on the persons face then the right arm moves and fuses into the left arm and the right arm still appears to be there... you noticed runway, but sora is different.

i am also really curious about the actual time it takes to generate these. i’m guessing it’s gonna be like at least a few minutes per video, and a max of 5-10 per day. from a professional standpoint, i’ve spent ages and dozens of generations to hone in on the right photo from dalle, i think it’ll be mostly the same at first, until there’s a specific editing tool for it as well
