@triciageorge I think the kids will love it. It's such a fun and energetic dance that once you get into it, you just want to finish it. From the outside it looks a bit cheesy, but performing it is a blast.

All of the members of our group are over 50. We would do that first lunge down, and that would be it. No getting back up from that, hahahaha!
Thank you, I found the download at foot of page later! I might try a simplified version of this dance with some kiddies at school! It is so sharp, amazing to watch! thanks again!

@triciageorge This is by Takio Ito. It's more of a live version because the CD version of the song has an extended beginning and an extra segment.

Where can I get the lyrics to THIS version? I know this song has many variations and I wanted to perform this one for a school project, but everywhere I look, the lyrics don't match up. Can someone help me?

soranbushitutorial I thought happi coats were short. Aren't these yukata? (I could be wrong)
@JSAFSU10 жыл бұрын
That's what I thought, but someone swore to me that happi could be long as well. My troupe is looking for our own set to perform in, that's why I asked.

How exactly does the arms move at the beginning segment? Am finding this part a little confusingXD
@soranbushitutorial8 жыл бұрын
+Noah Loiselle How I imagine it and how I've taught new people is to imagine yourself holding a ball and having your hand go down and up the front of it. You can even practice the motion using your other fist as a ball. So have your arm straight out and bring your hand back as your elbow goes down and straighten out again. You do this 8 times per arm.
