Great job as always. I have one curiosity,: how do you get your brush working "needle like" ? I have Rosemary&Co 33 #1 and it still flex a bit, you always seems to get a perfect needle sharp tip.

Amazing work. I am at awe at how smooth and easy you make it look working with Scale 75 paints. I am still having issues with getting the thinning right and layers smooth and opaque.

Thank you! I generally try not to over thin the paints, and I also find adding a few drops of Daler Rowney's Flow Enhancer really helps (which there's a link to in the video description) :)

While I think the modern look would have fit the rest of what you've done on this series so far a bit better, I applaud you going with the super classic scheme because we've already seen you do blue on several other minis. This gave us a look into how to do brown and leather in your style and it's lovely!

Hi Rui! The Scale75 paints take a little getting used to, but I find thinning with water mixed with a little flow enhancer really helps :)

You’ve done an amazing job here. I do have a little question. Why did you paint black first and yellow around the black? Is it not the same to paint full yellow and go over the top with black?

Thanks Neil! And good question! The reason is that if I'd made a mistake when painting the black, it's a lot easier to correct with the surrounding grey/white that it would be with the yellow (because yellow is quite translucent). Whereas if I wander on to the black with my yellow, that's a pretty easy fix :)

Thank you for the guide, looks awesome! Just one question: What size magnets do you use for the head? I have never magnetized a mini in my life and I'm looking at what size drill-bit and , magnet I'll need without the need to experiment on my Wolverine mini. So the dry training requires me to get a smuch knowledge as possible in size, type etc before I go and buy that stuff for one mini(or two if I decide to magnetise Thanos when I eventually get him xD).

Sorastro, I've noticed over the years that when you mix your paints and sometimes when you load it, you tend to get some paint in the ferrule. Do you feel this has any impact on the life span of your brushes or has it never really been a problem?

Hi! I enjoy exploring different paint ranges, and at the moment - yes, I am trying out the Scalecolor range to see what their strengths are and how they might fit my painting style. This is the first time I've used their skin tones for example, and I'm not sure how crazy I am on the super matte finish for things like skin, although for this slightly comic-book style it's OK I guess.. :)
