I find it so hilarious that all the super smart and cunning characters in the series; Albedo, Demiurge, Renner, Jircniv... all of them are so utterly convinced of Ainz's superior intellect when in truth it's their own massive intellects that they are projecting onto him. They are all effectively outplaying themselves, because they're all super intelligent and for various reasons (programed loyalty in the case of Albedo and Demiurge, and fear in the case of Renner and Jircniv) anything Ainz does immediately gets filtered through their own vastly greater intellects which they then impart onto Ainz because "Well of _COURSE_ that must be what he's thinking! _I_ was able to think of that and Ainz is far greater in intellect then I am!" Yet it's the midwits of the series that are able to see through Ainz. Shaltear and Cocytus both tend to be a bit more "confused" by Ainz's actions and actively question him a few times because they ironically are looking at things with roughly the same level of intellect as Ainz himself, and Jircniv's bodyguard was the same when he just said "Hey maybe he's not actually thinking of anything?" only for Jircniv to immediately shut him down because there's no way that a superior mind like Ainz Ooal Gown could possibly not do all the crazy stuff he's doing! It's impossible!

there is a theory that ainz is actually insanely smart since he has become his character and thus gained his characters intellect although he doesnt know it himself

@@FateXO That's what im thinking, maybe he subconsciously makes these decisions not through luck but cos his character is that smart.

Actually Ainz is genius in all aspects only not in military affirs and govern things ,And he already stated that he is busy with others things as a guild master while others members can show off thier strength while fighting so most ppl prop think he is one of the weaker member but in fact not and Ainz build his character to adopt in all situation too
