Prince Beltran, cursed to turn into a beast every night, desperately sought a way to break the spell and learned that a kiss from his true love would save him. He met a kind and beautiful maiden named Lena and, using his charm, seduced her and showered her with affection, and she fell in love with him.
On the night of the full moon, Lena kissed him, and he transformed back into a human, his curse lifted. However, she soon learned that she had been betrayed. The curse had transferred to her.
As she transformed into a beast, her eyes filled with disbelief and sorrow, realizing the depth of his deception. The prince, now human again, left, and Lena, now a beast, stayed within the castle, her heart heavy with the weight of his lies and the sacrifice she had made out of love for him.
Witness their tale of love, betrayal, and transformation unfold as you delve into the captivating story of "Sorrow of the Beast."

The fairy said unbreakable, but, Idk: I'd like to think that Lena found a way. After that, I don't know, but this was really good!

Interesting look at human nature and behavior. She rejected the one who loved her to stay local to the one who destroyed her. The one who destroyed her, riddled with guilt, sacrificed himself to feel better. The one who claimed to really love her literally tried to kill her over the rejection. Awesome story, very complex emotionally. The characters were deep and complicated.

Thank you. I hoped it wasn't too dark.

@@WaryTales not too dark at all, sad, but emotionally driven, not dark

@@carlgrant5126 Thank you. I was afraid that my stories wouldn't find an audience because there is no happily ever after.

Immediately one of my favorite stories. Everything about it is so pleasant; the characters (well, except the guy that tried to kill her), the art, the narration. I especially like that it's open ended. It would be interesting to see how things play out between Beltran and his father. Great work! :)

Thank you so much. Yeah, Ofar turned out not to be a good guy. And, there's still some hope. You never know what will happen next. :)

People are often their own harshest critics. You shouldn't declare something bad, you lack the objectivity for such a statement ❤

@@carlgrant5126 I think you just put so much of yourself into a story, and so when people don't like it, it feels so personal.
