Well, to be fair, weight problems isn't something you can easily fix too. You have to change your lifestyle, work out, do diets, restrain yourself from most of the tasty food, and stick with all of it for the rest of your life, and that takes a colossal amount of willpower. Didn't even mention how strong the feeling of hunger can be in fat people, it can be literally unbearable in many cases. Being overweight isn't a problem with an easy fix; it takes a lot of struggle and effort to overcome it
