this is the best version i've heard so far. and his voice sounds pretty good here. it's very touching in its baritonal ordinariness. after reading mary rodgers' "shy", i can't help but think these songs come from his relationship with her (the same with the musical "merrily we roll along".

This song is nothing short of magical, it has all the qualities of a Cole Porter list song mixed with the intimacy of a tender ballad, Only the American Shakespeare could pull it off!!! We should count ourselves lucky for living in his time!
