I am a stage 3 cancer survivor of 9 years. One year of chemo and radiation. When diagnosed, I decided to go thru it in a state of grace. Kate is probably sick now because of her treatment and needs our love and support to hold her in a state of grace in our hearts. The royals need to circle the wagons to keep Kate safe emotionally and psychically. The trolls be damned.

I think I'll stick with Princess Catherine or the Princess of Wales when referring to her. Calling her anything else doesn't seem right. The fact that Catherine let the Palace know she preferred to be called Catherine should answer any question about what to call her. It is understandable that family and friends would call her Kate, but certainly everyone that does not fall into that category should be more formal by calling her Catherine. For the press, especially, to continue referring to her as Kate and/or Kate Middleton, is insulting to her, in my opinion. I seem to recall reading something that she prefers to be addressed as Catherine, and not Kate. The despicable and disrespectful duo knew that and chose to use the name Kate to irk her.
