The Muscle Dad episode hit me right in the heart. My dad isn't dead, but I've spent years not seeing him. Point is, I had some issues with him but we got over it.

Muscle Dad was forklift certified before it was cool. I love this episode so much. It really humanizes Muscle Man and shows just how good friends he, Mordecai, and Rigby can be.

Honestly muscle man has sorta always been portrayed as being obnoxious, partier, thrill seeking, ect but he's also always been shown to be responsible, caring, and he gets along with people quite well surprisingly

"Out of Commission" is kind of a depressing episode, the cart gains sentience just to immediately be aware that it will be crushed to death and had to plead just to delay it and get some of its bucket list fulfilled. That's pretty horrifying! At least it went out on its own terms. Also, I forgot how emotional "Trucker Hall of Fame" was; I think that this was the episode that made me genuinely like Muscle Man when I was a kid.

I've seen every episode and the movie. I don't know how people don't like Muscle Man. The show wouldn't be the same without him. Benson, Muscle Man, and Pops all have the same voice actor, Sam Marin.

Muscle Mentor marks the only time I’ve ever heard Muscle Man do a mom joke correctly, albeit not in the usual format he does it. It’s also easily one of the most normal episodes in the show. But the Trucker Hall of Fame is amazing. I love Muscle Dad died like a true prankster: putting a cactus under a cop in a bear costume, who turned out to be an actual bear. The whole adventure is a bundle of fun and gives Muscle Man more depth and understanding.
