Hi there, we are currently putting a 1.9 tdi engine into a T25 and I am desperately looking for a complete VW Golf MK3 1.9TDI AHU 1Z wiring harness. I know you're not a dealer / breaker etc. but they seem impossible to get hold of, so, as someone who has already done this, would you happen to know of anywhere that may be able to supply this please?

Hi Ross. I’m 8months trying to get someone to sort my t4. In October 23 I took a donor 97 t4 that had a 97 golf AHU in it, working perfectly and my original t4 2.4d t4 to my mechanic. I asked him to swap the 97 engine into my original van (the 2.4 had a split block believe it or not) very quickly mechanic gave up. 8months later I’ve had nobody sort it.. The loom has been probed and scraped that much I don’t trust it anymore. Any advice for me?

I actually bought the schematics from emanualonline.com. They were very reasonable and I got the full set of VAG manuals for the money I paid.

@@Endfloat Thanks! Did you get .pdf or paper? How do they compare to the Bentley books?

It comes as a whole program that's run through a virtual machine. It's the proper OEM workshop manual and is very good, but in some cases it refers to VW specialist tooling that the average Joe won't have.

I bought it on emanualonline.com I think it was something like 50 euro for a whole range of Volkswagen group manuals.
