Great video! very informative too, and love how you get the little lad involved too ^_^ i find it really beneficial for breeding to have a 2 tier system :) similar to you however, stacked :D especially for breeding purposes! i cut a hole in the bottom of one tub (the one that will house the beetles) and then hot glue some mesh to the bottom to stop the beetles escaping. Then, for the second tub , on the lid cut out the same sized hole from the beetles tub and connect it to the bottom of the first tub with either hot glue or any other safe adhesive, and that way allowing any eggs laid to fall down to the container bellow which houses the mealworms and pupa :) perfect to keep them from getting eaten by the beetles later on, all you really have to do is occasionally check for pupa in with the meal worms and then add them to a compartment within the beetle tub, that way once they pupate they will walk off and into the population of beetles :D (obviously making sure that the pupa are far enough away from the beetles but not too far so they can walk off when the evolve :) so far its working absolutely amazing for me, and hope this may help for you to not have to buy the mealworms anymore and have great success with all stages
