A bunch of easter eggs and call backs. One was how Kamogawa felt up Takamura and Takamura did that to Ippo. Another was how Takamura and Sendo had a similar experience.

I've finished all first season reaction videos and i just wanna to say THANK YOU. One day i just ramdomly tiped Hajime no Ippo Reaction and saw your reaction to chapter 75 and before continue watching i look for chapter 1 reaction video and there it was, the whole series. You were like those friends that i wanna to tell how great this anime was...friends that i've never had, i experienced with you the same feellings that i had watching the episodes for the first time. I remember days coming to work and thinking of course nobody watch this show, and you guys give me that and for that i'm gratefull. I'm a married 38 y/o guy with three kids (one of them a new born baby) and it was not easy finding time to watch your videos, but it was all worthy. I love you guys and considere you both my friends. A big hug from Chile!

Fun fact, some people don't know this episode exists because the dub never dubbed it. The next thing to watch is the movie. However, the manga is 4 chapters away from 1300 chapters. Also, this shouldn't be a spoiler, but the current chapter is a match with sendo in it (this does not mean Ippo is fighting him).

Yagi talking to Takamura in the third person I think was a translation foible. In Japanese I think it's not uncommon to do that, but it's usually translated into English in the second person.
