I just received my bottle yesterday. The opening is amazing, but the base smells no different from Guerlain Homme. This scent is so hyped and I constantly see comparisons to Tygar, another +$300 fragrance. None of these seasoned reviewers have noticed that?

Hi Matthew! While I do love Sospiro Vibrato I was initially shocked and then disappointed as it is exactly Bulgari Tygar to my nose. I also own Tygar as it is a fragrance that I have loved for quite some time! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@ArahiWorld thanks for your reply. The similarities between Tygar and Vibrato are often referenced, but I suppose I was looking to address why no one has seemingly drawn the same conclusion using Dior Homme. After wearing Vibrato for about an hour I immediately detected a fragrance base I was already familiar with. Once I placed the hat it was Dior Homme I sprayed one wrist with Vibrato and one with Homme. After dry-down I could barely differentiate the two. That’s when the disappointment set in.

which other pricy fragrance does it compare to in terms of smell ? might sound strange, but tom fords tobacco oud smells like canadian whiskey to me, not like a perfume or cologne but literally barrel aged rye whiskey

Hi TL! I do get your point because there are many fragrances that I have tried and I wonder…. What were they thinking?…. 😂 This one in all honesty does not remind me of any other fragrance but I will say that there is a similarity to any other fragrance with an Iris/Orris Root note as this is one you can not disguise! You know, one of the main reasons why im planning on getting this fragrance is because of the similarity to Tygar, and man…. I am completely polarized by the smell of Tygar ever since first sniff.
