Really like it except that I leave some areas open to the wood surface underneath for when I need to beat or scrape on something which would otherwise damage the padding. @bloodyhelice4284Ай бұрын
@@stefanmolnapor910 It's a typical one you'd find in a Jewerly store or nice pawn shop. Normally it contacts 911 as well as a 3rd party or contact of your choice. It looks like the one he has here is the 2.4F-ME alarm. Once pressed it omits a loud ringing noise designed to not exceed the 50db limit of his property line. You can also choose between 5 different languages where a robotic voice continuously repeats the words "Panic! Panic!" Which helps make sure that you do in fact panick, in a reassuring manner. Im not sure if his contacts anyone though.

When you attach tape to the shell deflector, does the different impact on it tell you something? Cool cart. Maybe colour code/number the rows of mags and the holder so even when someone took some mags they go back to the same cart they go in the exact same spot or make it quicker to grab a specific one. How often do you guys do a lead screening and have you found that some cleaner is more effective? Do those lead wipes make a difference? If you tape outlines on the bottom section/outer area it goes back in the same area. Have some bigger fire extinguishers somewhere in the room. You probably have some and have a blanket too. I'll make some pvc organizers. Thanks! Have a light on it. If you got no backup in the shop and you're next to it, just hit the button and you got light. Maybe a magnetic car inspection light that you can take with you but easy to find in the dark. TQ holder on the inside of one of the corners.
@SchooloftheAmericanRifle4 ай бұрын
My lead levels are high. Unless I abandon working on guns, it won't go down. Tried it. I take many precautions to prevent lead exposure but it's not 100%. Taping the deflector does not have any significant change on brass direction in my experience. We do have other extinguishers on site. The one on the cart is just a very small backup. The light is a good idea. I'll add that.

I've been watching your videos for a while and going back and watching the older ones too and the AR platform is fascinating to me and I'm always interested in learning more from you. Just have one question, does anyone make a set of AR specific pin gauges like you use without having to buy a whole set of gauges you'll likely never need? Kinda everything you need and nothing you don't. I would love to have some of the things you use but hey it's 2024 and budget is always a concern. You gotta get a 3d printer man, its a decent learning curve but its well worth it. I would recommend a Prusa i3 MK3+ (might have MK4s by now) or Bambu labs X1 Carbon if you wanted something that could do pretty much anything. If you want something cheaper I'd go with a Resin 3d printer preferably MSLA or DLP, and Elegoo is a good brand but most are fine just look at reviews and print size since resin printers are typically smaller and also sort of harder to use but make far better prints than FDM printers like the i3 MK3 or X1 Carbon
