Xizor is one of the best villains in the Star Wars Expanded Universe. Too bad he wasn't used anywhere in the prequel trilogy. However, in the Star Wars books/comics, he did encounter Darth Maul about a half year before Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. As for Dash Randar, the closest to seeing him the movies is his spaceship; The Outrider in the Special Edition version of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, when Obi-Wan and Luke enter Mos Eisley, and seeing it take off into space.
