مجھے ساری زندگی sleep paralysis رہا ہے۔ میں نے اکثر ہی نیند میں اپنی باڈی کو سوتے دیکھا ہے ، میں اتنی کوشش کرتی ہوں جاگنے کی لیکن لگتا ہے میری سانس بند ہے اور سینے پہ بہت بھاری پن فیل ہوتا ہے۔ اتنے سال میں نے یہ دیکھا کے سوتے ہوئے ڈر لگتا تھا۔ پھر میں نے دو طریقے سیکھ لیے اس سے نکلنے کے ۔ ایک میں اسی حالت میں ( سوتی ، جاگتی) آیت آل کرسی پڑھتی تھی اور دوسرا breathing meditation کرتی تھی ۔ یہ میں اتنا کیا کہ میں آہستہ آہستہ بہت ایکسپرٹ ہو گئی ۔ اور اب بہت سال گزر گئے میری یہ کنڈیشن نہیں ہوتی الحمدللہ یہ حالت اتنی عجیب ہے کہ جب آنکھ کھلتی ہو تو حیرانی ہوتی ہے کہ یہ نیند میں ہوا ۔ کیونکہ وہ اتنا real لگتا ہے جیسے آپ جاگ رہے ہو۔ اس حالت میں نے اپنا گھر لوگوں سے بھرا ہوا دیکھا ، ایسے چلتے پھرتے کام کرتے ، اور وہ مجھے بتاتے کہ وہ مر چکے ہیں ۔
