Overall a beautiful home but what a weird fussy layout for a kitchen. You'd soon get sick and tired of having to constantly manouver around the bench containing the gas hob & it has sharp corners so chances are that you'd be bruised from banging into it every now and then whilst carrying heavy stuff. A key design principle for any kitchen - the Golden triangle three steps rule; you don't have to walk more than 3 steps in any one direction to the sink, stove, fridge/freezer from the bench so that kitchen usage is an efficient and less tiring experience. That kitchen is rather pokey for a home of that size & calibre. Personally, I'd have to redo the kitchen. Surprisingly there's also no solar power either given the roof profile & the property's location.
