the colouring is Fluorescent Drain Tracing Dye which you can get from places like tool station for under £10. It glows in the dark to.

Where did we go wrong? Engines got more powerful and far more obnoxiously LOUD! The water colour is leak detection dye. I think it comes in different colours.

A plumber will have leak checking dye to make that nuclear water. For DIY nuke water, Just buy some highlighter pens at the dollar store and split them into a bucket of water. Shining a UV on the dye will make for a nice show!
