TODAY'S RECIPE IS Soufflé Yogurt Cake | Fluffy Yogurt Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
3 egg yolks
Yogurt 1 cup
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
3 eggs whites
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 1/3 cup
Beat until stiff peaks
Add egg white foam with yolks mixture
Vanilla 1 tsp
6 inch greased mould
Place the mould into a tray
Hot water
Bake in a preheated oven at 150c for 45-55 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
