Reversal edge CAN actually be GUARDED. Its not easy but I've Guard impacted it many times.

*NIGHTMARE mains unite!* Good explanation! This is the first SoulCalibur game that I've owned (Wii one doesn't really count), and I was a bit fuzzy on some things. Although, this game is pretty intuitive for most things as someone who doesn't play fighting games a lot. I wanna see your take on a custom character, if you find the time btw.

Have played him for a while, but played him back when online play wasn't something I had access to and it was just me and my brothers, so the skill cap was low. His combos are surprisingly easy for how fancy they look and he is one of the fighters that can completely destroy an enemy if he gets ahead and can really punish an aggresive player

@@rolledfig3359 Nono, as mentioned in the video, 3 refers to the right/down diagonal direction. The parenthesis indicate that you have to hold B down (it transitions into NSS this way). Then, from NSS, you slide your finger from B to A. If you do it quickly enough you also get the ibA version which is faster and deals more damage.

I was trying to do it earlier but I found it hard to get into NSS quickly so thanks for that tip You should do a nightmare guide sometime you seem really good using him

FH combat explanation to a beginner : u have 3 guard mode, u can do lights heavies and unblockables(and so on..) SC combat explanation to a beginner : if you do 44B wr u get 69A+B - log47 exp 2 in a fatal hit, but if the opponent tries to back 50 A, u get a 6K with an A confirmed... WTF
